“Mono No Aware”

Solo Exhibition featuring over 50 collage works by Deborah Danelley

Unlike a world that obsesses over beauty in relation to perfection, this exhibition embraces and celebrates the marks and imperfections that come with the passage of time. Deborah will be in attendance for the opening on the December 21st and then back in Havana in January to conduct workshops and give an artist talk.

Deborah has spent the last 10 years volunteering annually as an artist and instructor in community art projects in Havana. In 2017, in collaboration with the children and artists of the Muraleando community art project, she self-published a children’s Spanish Alphabet book titled El ABC, as a gift to the children and fundraiser for the project.
